Pastor Asa  San Andres, Married to SIs Rosita San Andres has been in the ministry for more than 20 years, Pastor Asa became a TCMI Vice Chairman and Bicol Area Pastor.

They were nominated by Freshter Rebeca San Andres and are scheduled to be refreshed this coming March 2024.
